A Pop-up came up in Safari the other day telling me about the legality of sites, even though I was on Reddit viewing completely legal content, anyway, I thought nothing of it, but I've recently heard of a virus or hack that appears in the same way my occupancy happened. Should I be worried? I haven't noticed anything so fa, please help

Only if the device has been jailbroken. You received a java popup in Safari. Go into Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data, hen everything should be fine. Nothing to worry about.
It said what I was viewing was illegal, and I did click the "OK" option at the bottom, but I exited out of it and then cleared the history and website data, this shouldn't affect anything should it?
